These are the terms and conditions on which Florious (the "Merchant") supplies goods (the "Goods") to you, the customer. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order. They outline how the Goods will be provided to you, how you can end the contract, and other important information.

2. Our Commitment to You

2.1 Our Promise

We take great care in selecting and preparing your seasonal bouquets. The flowers we provide are based on seasonal availability, which means the bouquet you receive may not exactly match the image shown, but it will be of equal style, value, and quality.

2.2 Bouquet Style, Quality, and Value

As the bouquets change weekly according to market availability, the exact flowers may differ from those shown in the photos. However, you can expect the same style, quality, and value. Each bouquet is carefully curated to ensure a premium and fresh arrangement.

3. Delivery Policy

3.1 Delivery Days

We offer next-day delivery, or you may choose a delivery date within the next 14 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3.2 Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. If you require a specific delivery time, please let us know. While we cannot guarantee a specific time, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, additional fees may apply.

3.3 Delivery to the Door

If no one is available to receive the bouquet, we will leave it at the recipient’s front door. When possible, we will place the flowers in the shade. However, we cannot take responsibility if no shade is available.

3.4 Packaging for Freshness

Your flowers will be packed in a way that ensures they stay fresh for a couple of hours during delivery. However, we are not responsible for deterioration if the flowers are left in direct sunlight or heat for extended periods.

4. Refunds and Returns Policy

4.1 No Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. All orders are final.

4.2 If Your Order Is Incorrect or Substandard

If there is an issue with your bouquet (e.g., it is incorrect, substandard, or damaged), please contact us within 2 days of receiving the flowers. We will need a photo of the bouquet as it was received to assess the situation. If your flowers are substandard, we will review the claim and get back to you within 24 hours.

4.3 Refunds

If we determine that a refund is appropriate, it may take up to 7 working days to process.

4.4 Flower Longevity

Flowers are expected to last between 4 to 7 days with proper care. Care instructions are provided with each order to help maximize their longevity.

5. Subscription Plans

5.1 Vase Policy

The vases provided with each delivery are for display purposes only and remain the property of Florious.
Vases will be collected during the next delivery to reduce waste and maintain sustainability.
If a vase is damaged, lost, or unavailable for collection, a replacement fee may apply.

5.2 Payments

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (weekly or fortnightly, depending on your plan).
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least 7 days notice before your next scheduled delivery.
Cancellations made after this period will apply to the following billing cycle.

5.4 Subscription Delivery Day and Time

Deliveries are made on the same day each week (Tuesday to Friday). If you wish to change your delivery day, please contact us at least 3 days prior to your next scheduled arrangement.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers, or provide clear instructions for a safe drop-off location.
Florious is not responsible for flowers left unattended after delivery.

6. Other Terms

6.1 Pricing & GST

As our business does not meet the threshold for GST registration, no GST is added to the price of your goods.

6.2 Sustainability Practices

Florious is committed to eco-friendly practices by sourcing locally grown flowers and reusing vases.
Packaging is kept minimal and recyclable or compostable wherever possible.

6.3 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Florious reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
